How to schedule your DHL pickup

1. Choose the country that you are returning from. 
2. Go on MyDHL+Home and click on Schedule a pickup.
3. Do you need to create a shipping label? Please select No.
4. I have a DHL waybill number.
5. Enter your waybill number and your telephone number. Make sure to enter your waybill number without any blank spaces.
6. Complete your preferred pickup address and follow the steps from DHL’s website.

Please note that the DHL pickup is for free with our pre-paid return label.
