The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (”you”) with Stellar Equipment, reg,no, 556973-2026 (“Stellar Equipment, “we” or "us") at our website.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice to you. Every time you order a product from us, the terms and conditions in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and Stellar Equipment.
Prices and delivery charges
The prices displayed at our website include the statutory VAT, but do not include delivery charge. The cost (if any) for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. If there is a charge for the delivery and we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries.
We ship duty-free to all countries, with exception for purchases over $800 to USA. Learn more about US duties here.
We reserve the right to change prices or correct incorrect prices on all orders. If a price is incorrect, this may compel us to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid by you.
Ordering and confirmation
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledgment of your order. When the product(s) has been shipped from our warehouse, your order is confirmed, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number. All purchases are subject to availability and if we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, a Stellar Equipment representative will contact you to settle the refund.
If your order includes more than one product and not all products are in stock, we will deliver the available product(s) but the order relating to the non-available products will be automatically cancelled. We will contact you upon such cancellation and you will hopefully place a new order for the cancelled products when they are back in stock.
We aim to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. See information on our aimed delivery times here. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery time. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact our Customer Support.
Withdrawal of an order and returns
You have the right to cancel your purchase and return delivered products, or exchange your purchased product, by following the steps here within 30 days from receiving the products, provided the products are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. If the item you have received is defective, please notify us promptly and return the item in accordance with the above. We will, for any products deemed defective, replace it with a product of the same model, size and color. If the item has been discontinued, you will instead receive a full refund. If the returned product has no errors or faults, we will send the product back to you.
You can pay for your goods in the manners set out below.
When paying by PayPal, you can choose to pay by card as a guest or by your PayPal account. We reserve the right to check the validity of the PayPal account, that there are enough funds to cover the purchase sum and validate the billing address details of the purchaser. The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your PayPal account but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched from the warehouse. We reserve the right to deny any purchase.
With Klarna Checkout, you can choose to pay by card or bank account, pay after receipt of the product(s) or pay in instalments. For further information or questions regarding your payment please check klarna.com or contact Klarna customer service.

The inclusion of any products or services on our website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, or change our prices for the products, at any time.
The purpose with product images and information texts made available by us is to accurately reflect the products as much as possible. While we try to ensure that all content on this website are accurate, errors may occur. We cannot guarantee that all product images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products, all product images should be seen as illustrations. The product images may differ depending on the color settings on your computer.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability with regard to any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability.
We are not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these terms and conditions where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, pandemic, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident, terrorist activities, acts of government, restriction, suspension or withdrawal of any licenses or changes in the law or regulations.
Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on our website shall be limited to the total price of your order.
Guarantee and extended warranty
If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, we abide by all EU statutory guarantee regulations.
All of our products are made using top quality material, produced in some of the best factories in the world. Our extended warranty means that we will repair or replace products that have material or workmanship faults or issues for the practical lifetime of the product. Damage due to normal wear and tear (rips, tears or UV degradations) or misuse, abuse or improper care is not covered but may be repairable for a fee. If you have a warranty question or a claim, please contact our customer service.
We reserve the right to assign or pledge to third parties any claim(s) for payment including any payment instalments which have arisen in connection with the delivery of goods.
Ownership of rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at our website remain with Stellar Equipment and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of our website or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our permission.
Governing law and disputes
Swedish law applies exclusively to these terms and conditions and the contract between you and us.
As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
Upon a dispute that you are not able to settle with us, you can submit your complaint to the EU’s online dispute resolution platform (the “ODR platform”). The ODR platform offers consumers and traders within the EU the possibility to try and reach an out-of-court settlement for complaints arising from online purchases. This single entry point is designed to be a user-friendly and interactive website, available in all EU official languages and free of charge. Using the ODR platform the consumer and the trader can find a dispute resolution body and then go through the process of finding a solution to the consumer’s complaint.
