You can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. We will cover the cost of the return freight. Please use the pre-paid return sticker included in the parcel and if possible the original box. Simply return the parcel to the Service Point where you picked it up. As soon as we get the products back we will refund you. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service
For customers in Norway - please follow the instructions below:
You can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. We will cover the cost of the return freight. Please contact Customer Service and notify which products you would like to return along with your order nr. The Customer Service team will send you a returns label by post. Simply return the parcel to the Service point where you picked it up. As soon as we get the products back we will refund you. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service
For customers in UK and Austria – please follow the instructions below:
You can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt at your own expense – we currently don’t offer a free returns service in UK and Austria. Please fill in the return form you received and include in the parcel and if possible, use the original box. As soon as we get the products back we will refund you.
