The Guide Expedition Down Parka
The Guide Expedition Down Parka is the final result of extensive technical development and real-world testing. A pinnacle of our expertise in down technology. A sophisticated alpinist parka that will withstand extensive periods of extreme temperatures on the world’s highest peaks and in desolate arctic regions.
This is a 100% box baffled parka, filled with premium 900 fill power high-lofting goose down. The Dermizax Ultralight 3-layer shell fabric is waterproof, windproof and very durable. It has an oversized expedition fit with an elongated back piece and an extremely generous hood. At only 930g in size medium, it has an impressive warmth-to-weight-ratio.
This is a seriously warm parka. Besides real-world testing in extreme conditions, we took this parka to the advanced Toray lab in Japan to verify its performance. Durin extended periods of low-pulse activity, wearing a thin base-layer and a Stellar Mid Jacket under the parka, the test subjects repeatedly overheated in a controlled environment holding -30°C.

The Guide Expedition Down Pants
These pants are seriously warm. Besides real-world testing in extreme conditions, we took them to the Toray Technorama G lab in Japan to verify their performance. During extended periods of low-pulse activity, wearing a thin base-layer and a pair of mid pants, the test subjects repeatedly overheated in a controlled environment holding -30°C.
They are built with a 100% box baffle construction, and filled with generous amounts of premium 900 fill power high-lofting goose down. The Dermizax Ultralight 3-layer shell fabric is waterproof, windproof and very durable. They have an oversized expedition fit with an adjustable waist and full-length side zippers. At only 904g in size medium, they have an impressive warmth-to-weight-ratio.
