Stellar Equipment, possibly the worlds fastest growing premium outdoor brand, is looking for a Production Coordinator to manage the process of creating class-leading material needed for all our online product presentations.
As a Production Coordinator you will be acting as a hub for our teams at Product Design, Marketing, E-com and Customer Service, taking full responsibility for coordinating studio product images, studio product video and product copy. You will be in charge of the product portfolio in our studio, keeping track of product orders and deliveries, scheduling photographer, videographer and models, preparing accessories and make sure that the styling is on point. You will organize post-production and copywriting, making sure that products are presented with on brand authenticity, and that technical data is correct. Finally, you are responsible for these product presentation packages being delivered to the E-com team according to specifications and on deadline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize efficient structures for our product presentation process, including photo, video, copy, post production, models and accessories.
- Manage the product portfolio, learning every detail about our products.
- Manage all photo samples (orders / shipments / deliveries) including later distribution to external ambassadors, photographers and/or filmmakers.
- Manage our photo studio, ensuring that photo rigs and technical equipment are up and running on a daily basis.
- Manage all accessories used for studio and/or on-location content productions.
- Responsible for delivering complete content packages on deadline to the E-com and Marketing teams.
- Act on feedback from all teams and update published material accordingly.
- Continuously review our website, making sure that product presentation content is correct, updated and on a par with our high standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Orderly and organized with excellent time management skills.
- Passionate about technical outdoor gear and alpine activities.
- Strong communications and relationships skills, managing stakeholders involved in intense production situations.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for design, styling, outfits and a precise attention to details.
- Drive projects from concept to completion with minimal guidance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Fluent in English, verbal and written.
