Weather-resistant, breathable, and virtually indestructible, they’re equally at home under a harness, on the crag, at the refuge, or outside the Carrefour. In the mountains, you’ll wear them from April to October — day in, day out.

    Designed in collaboration with our guide team and tested over hundreds of alpine days, the Guide Softshell Pants are our most advanced solution for high-output, high-expectation mountain missions. Built with premium schoeller®-dryskin softshell — renowned for its durability, stretch, and weather resistance — they’re engineered for everything from multi-day ski tours and mountaineering routes to glacier traverses, rock scrambles, and steep alpine hikes.

    They offer outstanding breathability for long ascents, dependable protection in unpredictable weather, and all-day comfort without compromise. Reinforced panels guard against crampons, ski edges, and abrasive rock. Thoughtfully placed pockets stay accessible with a harness or backpack. And every detail — from the articulated knees to the laser-cut ventilation and adjustable hems — is designed to keep you moving confidently in complex terrain.

    The Guide Softshell Pants are a core piece of the Guide System™ — our selective system of ultra-technical layers built for professional use in extreme alpine conditions.

  • Main fabric: 94% Nylon, 6% Elastane. 205g/sqm. Woven in Switzerland.

    Main fabric denier: 70D

    Reinforcement fabric: 72% Nylon, 28% Kevlar®. 180g/sqm. Woven in Switzerland.

    Reinforcement fabric denier: 120D + 80D

    Breathability: Highly breathable fabric. Schoeller® Dryskin ensures that moisture is quickly carried away form the body and inside of pant remains dry.

    Waterproofness: PFAS-free Ecorepel, bluesign approved

    Garment weight: S 610g, M 620g, L 650g, XL 680g, XXL 700g

    Inseam: S 82,5 cm, M 84,5 cm, L 84,5 cm, XL 86,5cm, XXL 86,5cm’

    Waist and belt: Fly configuration with zipper and one hook & eye button and one snap button. Integrated webbing belt with metal hook.

    Leg opening: Reinforcement insteps and bottom hem with durable Kevlar ®. Adjustable leg opening with gusset / snap buttons to fit different boots. Hook to connect pant to boots.

    Pockets: Two zipped hand pockets. Two zipped, low profile bellow leg pockets, whereof one with a small pocket and loop inside.

    Zippers: Ykk zippers.

    Ventilation: Long side ventilation with mesh lining. Top of bottom leg gusset also features a mesh window for enhanced air flow.

    Extra features: Recco® reflector at bottom leg makes you searchable.
