Part Time Customer Service Representative

We are growing and are now looking to strengthen our customer service team in Åre.

Stellar Equipment is revolutionizing the outdoor business by selling top quality products directly to the customers, thereby cutting costs, saving time, reducing waste and emissions, and above all, getting a unique opportunity to communicate directly with the people who use our products. As a Stellar Equipment Customer Service representative, you provide an excellent experience to our customers by offering expert product advice and personalized service. You contribute to a dynamic and high performing team committed to giving our customers the best possible experience before, during, and after a purchase. You engage with customers in over 40 different countries, often changing between languages and adapting to our customers’ diverse needs and preferences, intending to give fantastic service to all of our customers.

We are now looking for two part-time customer service wizards too strengthen our customer service team for winter 20/21.

Our business modell puts us in a unique position where we communicate directly with our customers; thus, you will have a high responsibility in ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience.

The Position

→ Part-time during winter 20/21
→ Evening hours—Perfect if you want to be able to be on the mountain every day.
→ Located in Åre, Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

→ You respond to customers through multiple channels including, email, live-chat and phone.
→ You develop a detailed and thorough understanding of the products that we sell.
→ You assist customers in handling warranty claims.
→ You manage customers’ expectations and provide the best possible service experience to all of our customers.
→ You provide new ideas and thoughts on how we can develop to give an even better customer experience.

To succeed in this role, we expect that you have

→ Exceptional problem-solving skills and an outreaching personality
→ Excellent customer relations skills and a will to provide the best possible experience to our customers
→ Experience and knowledge about the products that we sell.
→ Good capacity in written communication, fast and accurate, in both Swedish and English
→ A keen interest in, and knowledge from, the mountain sports that we represent
→ A strive to learn and grow, both professionally and personally.
