You engage with customers in +40 different countries, often changing between languages and adapting to the diverse needs and preferences of our customers.
We are looking for a customer service wizard who can, together with our customer service team, help our customers find the right products, sizes, assist with warranty claims and be a great representative for our brand.

→ You respond to customers through multiple channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media
