As a Stellar Equipment Customer Service Rep, you provide an excellent experience for our customers by offering expert product advice and personalized service. You contribute to a dynamic, high-performing team committed to giving our customers the best possible experience before, during, and after a purchase. You engage with customers in +40 different countries, often changing between languages and adapting to our customer’s diverse needs and preferences.
We are looking for a customer service wizard who can, together with our customer service team, help our customers find the right products, sizes, assist with warranty claims and be a great representative for our brand.
Our business model puts us in a unique position where we communicate directly with our customers; because of this, you will have a high responsibility in ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
→ You communicate with our customers through multiple channels, including email, live chat, and social media
→ You develop a detailed and thorough understanding of the products that we sell
→ You assist customers in handling warranty claims
→ You manage customers’ expectations and provide the best possible service experience to all of our customers.
→ You offer new ideas and thoughts on how we can develop to give an even better customer experience.
To succeed in this role, we expect that you have

→ Experience and knowledge about the products that we sell.
→ Good capacity in written communication, fast and accurate, in both Swedish and English
→ A keen interest in, and knowledge from, the mountain sports that we represent
→ A strive to learn and grow, both professionally and personally.
