Do you have vast experience from supply chain management, with a good understanding of the e-commerce industry, and a passion for outdoor adventures? Do you want to work at a high-paced outdoor startup which is at the cutting edge of direct-to-consumer sales and marketing?
Stellar Equipment, possibly the worlds fastest growing premium outdoor brand, is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to optimise our procurement strategy and streamline our supply chain process.
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be at the heart of our organisation, reporting directly to our CFO. You will be responsible for the strategic framework, optimizing processes, procedures and systems within the supply chain, identifying areas in need of improvement and consequently supervise such developments. Great communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage stakeholders on all levels. To succeed in this position, you need to be analytical, flexible and well-organized — constantly striving to optimise our processes.

- Tracking and managing supply chain budget including freight, duty and taxes on a global market.
- Manage inbound deliveries from factories to warehouse.
- Manage our 3PL partner and our warehouse operations.
- Manage shipping partners and improve customer delivery experiences.
- Risk management and scenario planning.
- Support and assist the Stellar EQ team with supply chain related questions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or similar.
- Documented experience of supply chain management or other relevant expertise, preferably with experience from the retail industry.
- Well-organised, analytical and systematic with a rigorous approach to expenditure and time management.
- Strong communications and relationships skills, managing stakeholders involved in intense situations.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Drive projects from concept to completion with minimal guidance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Fluent in English, verbal and written.
