We are looking for a CRM Specialist with an analytical mindset who wants to be a part of an internationally fast-growing outdoor company. You will mainly be responsible for the newsletter, marketing automation, and personalization and play an essential role in taking Stellar Equipment to the next level.

As the CRM Specialist at Stellar Equipment, you will be an essential part of increasing revenue and excel e-mail as a channel. With an understanding of both the art and science of CRM and online direct-to-consumer businesses, you’ll make sure we deliver meaningful and exceptional experiences throughout all aspects of our e-mail communication. You will be responsible for the deployment of our newsletters as well as our transactional e-mail communication. Your key projects will include loyalty/customer login and analysis/segmentation/optimization of our e-mail flow and growth.
→ Key stakeholder of our CRM system (Voyado).
→ Run monthly newsletters for all markets together with art director.
→ Responsibility for automation regarding our transactional e-mail flow.
→ Develop our transactional e-mail design together with art director.
→ Develop strategies to increase customer activation, retention, and loyalty.
→ Act as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement, and test CRM and customer login.
→ Develop strategies for segmentation, automation, and optimization.
→ Segmentation of customers to run targeted email campaigns
→ Develop strategies for A/B tests on marketing emails
→ Manage all aspects of CRM analytics, gather insights, and communicate across teams.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, WE EXPECT THAT YOU HAVE:
→ Minimum of 2-3 year experience of working with CRM / Loyalty / Retention
→ Experience of working in a CRM tool (preferably Voyado)
→ A strategic and analytical mindset; is data and hypothesis driven.
→ Experience of A/B testing and other analytical tools to ensure customer understanding.
→ The ability to write basic HTML is preferred.
→ Values great customer experience and service.
→ Communication skills in verbal and written English.
→ A creative mindset and ability to stay true to brand.
→ A team player with drive and can-do attitude.
→ You also love the mountains and outdoor activities such as skiing, snowboarding, trail running or hiking.
You will be a part of the E-Com team and answers to the E-Commerce Manager but will work closely with our Art Director and Marketing Team. The position is based in Stockholm but will sometimes involve travel between our Stockholm and Åre based offices.
